By using this Website you agree that you have read these terms and conditions and that you agree to them. These terms and conditions and your use of this Website are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions you are not authorised to use this Website.
You may print off and keep a copy of these terms. They are a legal agreement between you and Free2Network (“us”) and can only be modified with our consent. We reserve the right to change the terms at our discretion by changing them on the Website. Continued use of the Free2Network website shall be deemed acceptance of any changes to these terms and conditions.
Other terms may apply in respect of certain areas of the Website. If this is the case, you will be made aware of the terms which apply to those areas.

Membership Terms and Conditions
In these terms and conditions the following words shall bear the following meaning:
Free2Network means Nina Sardar, Trading as Free2Network,
9 Lon Pedr, Llanrhos, Conwy, LL30 1SS
Member means any Member of Free2Network or any person or persons intending to or who have applied for membership of Free2Network upon the terms and conditions contained herein.
Membership Year the Membership Year will run for 12 months from the date a Sole Member joins Free2Network . For Corporate Membership the Membership Year will run for 12 months from the date that the Lead Corporate Member joins Free2Network.
Event or Events means any of the activities or events organised by Free2Network for its Members.
Website means the Free2Network Website www.free2network.co.uk
Members of Free2Network will be invited to attend events organised by Free2Network. Details of such events will be uploaded on the Website as well as being emailed to all Members by e-newsletter for which they must opt in via the website.
All other membership benefits (such as discounts for specific services) can be found within the Members Forum and will be offered directly by Members to Members. Free2Network cannot guarantee the availability of Member to Member offers, and any goods or services provided may be subject to additional conditions.
2. Membership Details
All applications for membership of Free2Network are to be made via the Website via PayPal. By submitting the application form online, the Member must have read the terms and conditions and must abide by these.
On completion of an application form, each new Member will receive a joining email which will include information such as their renewal date. When the new member attends their next event they will be presented with a welcome pack by the event host.
On acceptance of the membership application by Free2Network, Members shall be bound during the continuance of membership by these Terms and Conditions including any amendments made in accordance with the procedure set out below.
Free2Network reserves the right at all times and in its absolute discretion to determine the number of Members in Free2Network and may accept or reject applications for membership as it sees fit.
The annual membership fee for individual membership is
£198 for one year or £19 a month for 12 months.
For corporate annual membership, the annual membership fee starts at
£350 a year or £35 a month for 12 months for up to three staff from one organisation or
£499 a year or £47 a month for 12 months for four-five staff from one organisation or
£999 a year for six-ten members from one organisation.
Corporate members must all work for the same company and be in the same department or based at the same address. The Lead Member will be the main point of contact for all membership emails and enquiries and will be contacted when renewal is due.
Your company may want to re-allocate membership should someone leave the company. If this is the case, there will be a administration charge of £15.
All membership monies are payable in sterling, with preferred payment being an online payment. Payment can be made by a debit payment or by credit card via paypal. Payment for annual corporate membership can also be made by cheque to Mrs N L Sardar.
Membership fees are revised annually and will be notified to Members in writing via email or via the website.
3. Free2Network Members Area
Members will be allocated with their own personal login and password details to enter the Free2Network Members area of the Website. Within this Members only area, Members will have access to a directory of Members but the use of data from the directory for commercial purposes of any sort is not permitted.
Members will be asked to fill in personal details such as name, e-mail address, membership type (individual or corporate), services they offer, phone number, website details and whether or not they are willing to offer other Members a discount or other special offers on their services.
Free2Network reserves the right to refuse access to the secure Members only pages. Free2Network shall not be liable for any loss or damages whatsoever arising from your inability to access any pages on the site.
Any Member wishing to change, add or delete any information on themselves held on the Members only sections of the Website are able to do so by logging in and amending the details. If you are unable to login or access this area or you forget your login or password, you can contact the Website administrator by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
Members are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login details and passwords, and for all activities that occur under their login details and passwords, whether by themselves or anyone else using their login details and passwords. Members must ensure that they have any permissions or consents required to include material, logos, photos or links in the Members directory.
4. Terminating Membership
Membership is to be renewed annually. Free2Network will email each Member once the membership is coming up to renewal. If a Member does not pay the annual membership fee then the membership is not continued and the Member will not have the benefit of membership.
Free2Network reserves the right to expel Members or to prevent any Member from participating in any Event or from renewing membership if the Member puts the organisation into disrepute, displays aggressive or poor behaviour to the host or other members or if a Member continuously fails to attend events which she has signed up to or if the Member is misusing the membership forum, private Facebook members group, Free2Network Linkedin groups or the discussion forum (for example, e-mail spamming, etc).
If, for whatever reason, a Member wishes to terminate his or her Membership, he/she must give 28 days notice of this in writing to Free2Network. We regret we are unable to offer refunds if membership is cancelled for whatever reason before the renewal date unless we receive notice of cancellation within 14 days of taking out membership.
Members who have signed up for monthly memberships.
If the direct debit is cancelled and not restarted and not all 12 payments have been made the remaining membership cost up to and including 12 months (1 year’s membership) will be invoiced to the member.
Members will be informed of forthcoming Free2Network Events by e-newsletter or on the Website. Members can sign up to an event via the Website event booking system as a “Free2Network Member”. Most of our events are free for members to attend, however some do have a charge. This will be made clear on the booking page.
Members, Newbies & Returning Guests shall not hold Free2Network responsible or liable in any way whatsoever for the cancellation for whatever reason of an Event.
If a Newbie or Returning Guest has signed up to attend an Event but is unable to attend the Event, they must contact Free2Network Head Office on email@example.com or 07836 752136 at least 3 business days prior to the Event. Refunds for Returning Guest tickets will not be given and they are non-transferable.
Where cancellation arises and is the fault of a supplier of an Event, Free2Network will use its reasonable endeavours to procure the return of the booking fees and any other monies paid by Member for such Event.
Members agree to comply with any necessary health and safety regulations applicable to any Event attended.
6. Variation of Terms & Conditions
These terms and conditions may be revised from time to time. If they are revised, we will post the revised version to you or email them to you. It will be your responsibility to keep up-to date with all such changes and your membership renewal and continued use of the Website shall be deemed acceptance of any changes to these terms and conditions.
7. Data Protection and Intellectual Property
It is your responsibility to keep your password and log-in details confidential and use the security devices offered. Our security measures depend on you complying with this obligation and we are not responsible for any breach of your privacy due to your failure either to keep your password/login secure or to use the other security devices correctly.
We will use your data to administer your membership and Events you attend. When you attend an Event your name may be included on a delegate list. Where you obtain information about other Members you must use this in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998.
Other Members may also use the personal data you make available in the Members directory. Do not make any information public which you do not want other Members to see.
If you have a concern about how another Member is using your personal data, or if you think it is being used in breach of these terms, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org
You acknowledge that the internet is not a completely secure medium, and we therefore cannot be responsible for breaches of security arising out of intentional and/or unauthorised attempts to access the Site, for example, by computer hackers. In addition, we are not responsible for the use made of your personal data by other Members who access it through the Site.
8. Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with English & Welsh law and all disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English & Welsh Courts.
